Carers, parents, children and different family members all have different needs and there are a range of support groups to cater for those needs

Autism/Aspergers Family Support Group

Support Group for parents caring for a child with Autism or Aspergers. This group meets at NCN on the first Tuesday of the month between 9.30am and 11.30am.

Carers Take A Break

General Support Group for Carers. This group meets at Salisbury East Neighbourhood House on the third Wednesday of the month between 9.30am and 11.30am.

Caring Parents Group

Support Group for Parents. This group meets at the Child Development Unit of the Lyell McEwin Hospital on the second Monday of the month between 10am and 12pm.

Our Time Group

Support Group for parents caring for a child with a disability. This group meets at Craigmore YMCA on the second and fourth Friday of the month during school terms between 10am and 12pm.

Reach for the Stars

Support Group for working Carers who can't attend meetings during the day. This group meets at NCN on the second Wednesday of the month between 7pm and 9pm

Tons of Fun

Support Group for children with special needs. This group meets at Hewett Community House at Hewett fortnightly on Thursdays during school terms between 3.15pm and 5:30pm.

Parent/Grandparent Time Group

Support Group for Parents and Grandparents. This group meets at Hewett Community House at Hewett on the fourth Thursday of the month between 10am and 12pm.
